Booking information |
| |
Once we have confirmed that the villa is available
for the dates you requested, we will hold the booking
for 7 days after which it will go back on the market. |

A booking is secured once you have completed and signed
the Reservation Form with your deposit. A Deposit Receipt
will be sent to you. |
| |
All outstanding balances are due 60 days before the
date of occupancy. For booking made 60 days or less
prior to occupancy, full payment is required at the
time of booking. For Christmas and New Year bookings,
all outstanding balance is due 90 days before the date
of arrival to villa. |

For Christmas and New Years bookings, a 2-week minimum
stay is required for holiday reservations. This can
be waived for a client who wants only Christmas Week
and will depart no later than December 27 or December
28. No refunds within 90 days prior to scheduled travel
for Christmas and/or New Year's weeks. Holiday rates
are higher than regular High Season rates. |

property. Reservations are on a first-come first-serve
basis. You must specifically convey your intent to rent
the villa by signing and returning the rental contract
with the deposit or full payment as described. |
