General Terms and Conditions of Rental |

BOOKING A VILLA |

To book your accommodation, you will receive a Villa
Invoice, complete a Reservation Form and pay a deposit
or if occupancy is less than 60 days, the full amount
will be required. The person submitting the Reservation
Form is the Party Leader, and he or she must have the
authority to contract on behalf of all other persons
utilizing the accommodation and other services booked.
By submitting the deposit of a villa rental, the Party
Leader is stating that all persons utilizing our services
have accepted these Terms and Conditions. The Party
Leader will be responsible for the full cost of the
accommodation and other services contracted. |

DEPOSIT |
| |
All dollar amounts are US dollars and should be paid
in US dollars. A deposit of 25% of the total rental
fee is payable to confirm the reservation. Christmas,
New Years and Thanksgiving bookings require 50% deposit.
Once we have confirmed that the villa is available,
the deposit is due within 7 days of the booking to confirm
and guarantee your reservation. Failure to make this
payment subjects your reservation to cancellation unless
alternate arrangements have been made in advance. Once
the deposit has been made, the remaining balance is
due no less than 60 days prior to the start date of
rental. In the event the reservation is made less than
60 days to the start of the rental then full payment
is due at the moment of the booking. |

FINAL PAYMENT |
| |
Final and total payment on this invoice must reach
Jamaican Luxury Vacation not later than 60 days prior
to commencement of the rental period. For holiday periods
(Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year and Easter) we require
final payment 90 days prior to commencement of the rental
period. |

METHOD OF PAYMENT |

All payments are made by US$ telegraphic transfer,
Bank Checks, International Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard.

CANCELLATION POLICY |
| |
60 days prior to departure date full refund less 10%
( based on deposit). Less than 60 days a refund will
be given if the property can be rented. All cancellation
and any requests for change to your reservation ( such
as date changes, or changes in the number of persons
in the group) must be made in writing and faxed or emailed
to us promptly. |

Accomodation on arrival/departure time can be made
depending on if the property is rented or not. |
